Antonio Pietri

Chief Executive Officer

Antonio Pietri is the CEO of PowerSchool, leading the company’s overall mission, strategy, and growth. Antonio has a wealth of experience leading large, global software companies and a core belief that education is one of the most powerful forces for positive change.

With 30+ years of success in delivering strong market, financial, and operational results in domestic and international markets, Antonio brings deep operational expertise across functions, a sharp focus on innovation, and a proven ability to scale product-led, customer-centric organizations.

Prior to PowerSchool, Antonio served as President and CEO of enterprise software company, Aspen Technology.

Brent Bowman

Chief Financial Officer

Brent Bowman is the chief financial officer at PowerSchool. He is responsible for the finance, accounting, financial operations, treasury, facilities and information technology functions.  Brent brings more than 30 years of public and private company corporate and operational finance experience across the technology industry, including software (SaaS), semiconductors and hardware sectors.  Brent has built high performing teams and has successfully led finance organizations at large scale and industry specific companies.

Prior to PowerSchool, Brent was at Veeva Systems (VEEV), where he served as CFO since 2020.

Devendra Singh

Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer for PowerSchool, Devendra is responsible for all Product Development and Cloud Operations within the company. He brings more than 20 years of experience in building enterprise-class software and cloud solutions for managing mission-critical business processes at Fortune 1,000 companies.

Shivani Stumpf

Chief Product and Innovation Officer

Shivani Stumpf is responsible for developing PowerSchool’s strategic product vision and managing the company’s overarching product roadmap and product innovation.

Manish Chawla

Chief Customer Officer

Manish Chawla is responsible for growing the organization’s capabilities and the company’s customer-first culture, focusing on customer adoption and value sustainment for PowerSchool’s market-leading solutions.

Michael Bisignano

Chief Legal Officer

Michael Bisignano joined PowerSchool as Chief Legal Officer in August 2021. He is responsible for all legal, compliance, governance, and risk management functions.

SVP, Chief Technology Infrastructure and Security Officer

Satish Shetty leads PowerSchool’s global technology infrastructure, cloud operations, and cybersecurity strategy.
